1 Chronicles 5:20 (ESV)
And when they prevailed over them, the Hagrites and all who were with them were given into their hands, for they cried out to God in the battle, and he granted their urgent plea because they trusted in him.
A Theme to Remember:
By faith in the promise of God, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of Him. Faith takes and holds the answer in the promise, as an unseen spiritual possession, rejoices in it, and praises for it. (Adapted from Andrew Murray, With Christ in the School of Prayer)
Words to Remember:
Faith takes God without any ifs. If God says anything, faith says, “I believe it”; faith says, “Amen” to it.
