Perhaps God is saying to you, “Remember my instruction to you; stick with it. I will keep you on course; nothing will prevent you from fulfilling My purpose for your life!”
Was there a crisis decision or a turning point in your past when God clearly spoke to you (a commitment to change something, become something, or do something)? Regardless of how the message came, you knew it was of God? Be quiet before Him, allowing the Holy Spirit to bring to your remembrance those early (or perhaps recent) instructions from God and the commitment you made to Him.
I encourage you to renew your commitment to God so you won’t end up a “shipwrecked” Christian (I Timothy 1:18-20). If you are in rebellion, turn back to God before it’s too late. If disaster has already struck, renew your previous commitment and let God rebuild your life. You can also make a firsttime commitment to God today!
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5
